I am Debra (Debby) Schauermann. I have proudly been with Reedesign Concepts since the beginning (2011). My specialty at the shop is the Direct to Garment Digital Printer and I also operate the bindery section of the shop. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have worked in that field for a number of years. I have worked as a Paraprofessional in the School District and I love working with small children and watching them learn!

I have 3 grown children that I am very proud of! They have blessed me with 10 energetic Grand Children and 1 precious angel in Heaven! With this fun crew, there is no shortage of activities to attend or rides to be given so I manage to stay busy and be lovingly entertained. In my spare time, I enjoy long walks with my Dog, Jesse May, working with plants and flowers and traveling.

Aspen graduated from SOWELA Technical Community in Lake Charles, Louisiana with an associate degree in Graphic Design. During her time there she was able to travel across the US competing and ranking in the top 10 designers at Skills USA in 2018 at Nationals. Since graduating college, she has worked as a designer in general print for 2 years and the sign industry for 1. Though the title of graphic designer has not stopped her from learning the physical ins and outs of the sign business such as vinyl, signage, and installation. Deciding to make the big move back to Colorado where she was born, she was able to join the team at Reedesign Concepts since the beginning of 2021.

I am Julie Scott, the bookkeeper at Reedesign concepts.  I have been in this role for three years.  I moved here from Nebraska in 2005 and have done bookkeeping since then.  I love spending time with my family:  Daughter and son-in-law Brenda and Blane Lancaster and Grandson Kyle; Daughter and son-in-law Amy and Leighton Wyscaver and Grandsons Tucker and Jack.  I also enjoy my two cats Buddy and Bella and recently rescued 2 6-year old dogs Koda and Tila.

Jhenna graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design.  Since graduating in 2006, she has worked in both print production and the sign industry as a graphic designer. Jhenna founded Reedesign Concepts, LLC in April 2011
